Sims 3 patch update?? (10 pts. Best Answer)?

I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue with the newest patch update.



Before we updated the game it ran like it was supposed to. Well, the photography skill didn't work (which I know some people were saying that it was broken when Generations came out) but that was the only issue. Now that we've updated it my sims will freeze a lot. Time will jump about four minutes and then they'll do their action, but freeze again not too soon after. It takes forever to get anything to done and my young adult Sim keeps missing most of her work shift because she freezes on her way out the door and then to the car. Most of the time she misses the carpool so then she has to take her own car and it still takes forever for her to get to her actual work place. Her boyfriend doesn't have that issue b/c I'm able to get him out of the house before the carpool comes so he's able to get there. I have to get the kids up an hour earlier so they can get out of the house an hour earlier to make it to school by the time that it's time for school. (So they'll leave around the time the message appears that the bus will be there in an hour).



We do have CC in the game, but it worked fine with it in there before the patch and then we got the patch and now it does all that.



Anyone else having this same issue or any ideas on how we can fix this so that it's better?

You will need to check your update for that game by having the Internet connection working. Try restarting your computer/game.
