How do I download the Sims 3 uncensored patch?

I read about the Sims 3 uncensored patch at asilee.com. They told me that the patch came out before the game did and left instructions on how to down load it. But, when I got to the Sims 3 game bin to replace the blur option with the uncensored patch, I couldn't find it. Anybody know what I can do to download the patch to my game?How do I download the Sims 3 uncensored patch?
I have a mod that gets rid of the blur on my Sims3 game. I got it from http://modthesims.info and it works fine. It also sounds easier and less risky to install on to your game.

Go there, it'll get your game set up to run mods. The follow instructionsions on the "Install instruction" page of the mosiac" mod and it'll tell you what to go from there.

How do I download the Sims 3 uncensored patch?
Every copy of sims 3 installed on the PC has the BIN file. you are probably not looking for it in the right place. i just checked my copy and i have the bin file. You need to go to your C drive,Programm files,Electron art, the sims 3, Game, bin. just paste the patch here.
